Week 2 - Day 2

Another two miles done on the treadmill, I didn't have a chance to walk until after 7pm and that wasn't without interruptions!  Anyway, walking is done for the day and my legs are a bit sore.

4 miles done, 6 more to go...

No sweets today and they were not calling to me as loudly as yesterday.  :)

My goal for weight loss is to aim to be 170/169 lbs by the end of the month.  I'm going to weigh myself every Friday morning.  :)

  3. Way to go!! I am feeling the sugar cravings less also and have 3 miles under my belt. :) Also feeling the stiffness. LOL
